Abacus Diagnostica Oy is a Finnish diagnostics company specialized in rapid DNA testing utilizing its proprietary GenomEra™-technology.
Abacus Diagnostica's mission is to provide innovative and simple-to-use solutions to enable routine use of nucleid acid based testing without compromising the quality of results.
The Company was founded in 2004 by the inventors of the GenomEra™-technology at the University of Turku, Department of Biotechnology, and is currently developing its clinical diagnostics platform GenomEra CDX ™ intended for identification of infectious diseases like MRSA and sexually transmitted diseases
Abacus Diagnostica is located in a dynamic Science Park environment with a strong Life Science focus in the city of Turku at the Southwest coast of Finland. The Company is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified, and holds a strong IPR position covering the key strengths of the proprietary GenomEra™-technology.
